Version 1.2.0.2 BETA release

Release notes:
- Added support for WM Smartphone edition.
- Fixed "DirectoryNotFoundException" bug.
- Added support for manual GPS com connection.
- Added Yahoo and WindowsLive map templates.
- multiply links in /programs (rare)

This is still a Beta version since its very difficult to test it on the variety of OS versions and devices. Please let me know about any bug, problem or suggestion you have.

Smartphone OS bug

At the moment support only Windows Mobile 5.0 for PocketPC and higher.
Not Smartphone, sorry. Working on the smartphone version.
